Am I being scammed?

Hi there,
my name: Naseem Rana, I do not have a payoneer account.
I have a payment ID: P0YI256GR. Can you check if this is a valid Payment ID.?
What happened:
I’ve sold my laptop to a girl and she has used payoneer for a secure payment.
First of all, I’ve received an answer after 3 weeks because the "SVD" got a delayed response from my post courier service, then there was an issue apparently and i had to send them 630€, then there was an issue again so i send 500€ again, now I have to send 500€ again and i’m not sure anymore if I am really chatting with payoneer and I'm worried that I am being scammed.
Payoneer has contacted me from 2 email addresses so far:
[email protected]
[email protected]
Are these 2 legit email addresses from payoneer?
Payoneer has also told me to download Gmail Chat for further communication, are you operating on that app?
I can send screenshots of the emails and the chat if you need them.
They've created a "Payment Agreement for Transaction ID P0YI256GR". Is this really true?
They asked me to complete the transaction by exchanging € to BTC using a platform which is called "Bitcoin mjenjacnica" which is located in Zagreb, Crotia
I hope for a quick response!
thanks

hi there @NRana
Please note that all Payoneer email addresses follow the formula: [email protected]
So the email addresses:
[email protected]
[email protected]are not valid Payoneer email addresses.
Also please note, that all Payoneer payments are numerical, not letters and numbers.
Finally, when receiving money using Payoneer you will need to have a Payoneer account, the only time to have a guest account with Payoneer is when sending a payment.
Payoneer also only does chat on our secure platform.
Unfortunately due to all of these reasons I believe that this payment was not valid.
