Made a purchase, it was cancelled before being charged, funds were still deducted from my card.
I'm having a problem with my payoneer card. On July 8 I made a purchase in Amazon, it was canceled because items were not in stock and I got a full refund (actually, it was never charged, only the pre-authorization went through), but I can't see my money in my account. I'm missing 357 usd, and my balance dropped to 0. All these transactions are listed as "upcoming" and ironically there's a message saying " Transactions that have not affected your balance yet"...
It's been 48 hs, customer support doesn't reply. Amazon confirmed they aren't "holding" the authorization (as Nissim mentioned on facebook).
