I did not receive verification code to my mobile phone. How can I resolve it?

I do not receive the verification code to my mobile phone. I tried to log into my payoneer account several times by using different web browsers, but still do not receive my verification code to my mobile phone. Therefore I am unable to log into my payoneer account. Please help me to resolve this issue.

    Firstly, as an alternative option to receive the code, I recommend you to try the "Call me" option instead of SMS. You can find the link to activate this option on the window where you would enter the code, which is beneath "Verify". After pressing the link, you will receive a phone call to the phone number associated with your Payoneer account and the code will be provided to you right away.

    If the "Call me" option still doesn't help, it's likely that it's due to local reception issue. In this case you can also try to clear cache and cookies from your browser, use another browser or device. After that please click on the button for receiving the code just once and wait for it to arrive as sometimes it might take time.
