Request a payment

hello,
i am facing an issue related Request A Payment option,
i had that option before, but recently i logged into my account and that option is gone now.]my account is verified,

I wanted to know what caused my payoneer account to disable request a payment option for me ?
i have to request payments in order to receive them.
Any suggestions?

    Request a Payment is for getting paid by businesses. If you need to get paid by consumers, Payoneer has other payment solutions that may be suitable for you.

    This service allows you to request payment from your business clients straight from your Payoneer account. All you need to do is to fill a request form specifying the payment details like the amount, description, due date and send it to your client. After that your client will receive an email and will be able to choose one of the suggested payment methods to pay you.

    Please be advised that Payment Request is only available for payments between businesses. For example, a freelancer can request payments for web development services from a client who is building a website. This means that you can't use Payment Request to get paid from your consumers (individuals who are not professionals or businesses).
