How can I cancel the auto-transfer?

Hi! How are you? I wish to receive the money of my funding source (Fiverr) directly in my Payoneer account, because what is happening right now is that it transfers automatically to my bank acount in Argentina. What I want is the money going from Fiverr to my Payoneer acount instead, cancelling the transfer to the argentinian bank.

    It seems like your current payout method for Fiverr is bank transfer, that's why you receive payments directly into your local bank account.

    I understand that you want to receive funds to your Payoneer account instead. In order to do so, please contact our Customer Support Center and we will be happy to check if your accounts supports the new payment method. If it does, we will be able to make this switch for you on the go.

    @juanmanuelvera you are always welcome! In other words, payment method is how you prefer to receive funds. From your message I understand that you would like to receive funds directly to your Payoneer account, so in this case the payment method would be Payoneer balance in relevant currency. You can mention that in your request when contacting our support :)
