Verify with verification code

I tried to sign in my payoneer account. The verification code comes too late that the session expired. It shows "tray again" again and again. What should I do.

    Hey @12Sarita13061991! I am sorry to hear you have encountered an issue with signing in into your Payoneer account due to not receiving the SMS code.

    As an alternative solution we recommend that you try the "Call me" option instead of SMS. This option can be found on the window where you would enter the code once it's been received. Beneath "Verify" you will see a link for "Call Me". This will initiate a phone call to the number on file, and the code will be provided to you this way.

    I too am getting the same error but it happening with my email and there is no option i can set the verification code to be sent to my mobile.

    I had the same problem last week I finally I was able to have it accepted by this support advice:
    Try to make this process in a few hours and not several times in a shot period of time.
    I feel the system works on the afternoon... magically, no errors using a normal firefox (without needing of incognito/clearing cache)
