Should i wait longer than 2 week to get approval?

I've uploaded my id since they asked for same moment I applied and no reply yet its long time is that normal process?

    Since there are lots of order for the Payoneer card so please be passive you will get the email from the support of Payoneer. They have good service and they will reply you with the solution. Normaly as i know they take 7 to 14 days.
