I want to get a Payoneer credit card. My questions are following:

 

1. What is the requirements for this card?

2. Whats the charge to get this card?

3. Is there any charge when I'll receive money from others source?

4. What is the withdrawal charge when I'll make cash through my bank account or through ATM?

5. Is there any monthly or yearly charge for maintain this card?
