My account didn't get approved!

Dear,

 

I have applied for Payoneer account on Apr 7 > from this email , then provide the copy of ID card. System says , it takes some time and they'll contact me, but now it's April 25 and i didn't get any response.

 

Please let me know , how long it will take , i am in first step > account approval.

 

It should not be takes that much time , please help me in it. Please ask me for the email adress, which i've used for sign up and i will provide.
