Problem with my account

Hi... I'm from Venezuela, and i just recieve my card... I want to activate it but something went wrong.

I did register in a hurry i guess, now i want to log in and seems like my email is not registered, can't find a way to activate the card, checked the forgot password link but when i place the Username (email) it says wrong data or something... Is there anyway to get my account back with this issue? Thanks for the help...
