Change bank account number USPS! please

Dear payoneer,

Payoneer is a great service.I always receive payments quickly and with no problems bad would happen.

 

Unfortunately paypal has disable bank account USPS. I contacted paypal to reactivate bank account USPS. But their message that I need to use a new bank account. Now I just wait for help from Payoneer,I need payoneer help create a new bank account number.

 

What I need help from payoneer?

-Payoneer can provide me some new bank account.
