Almost one month no response from support

Hello, i submited all documents to use US Payment Service on 2013-04-20 it's been a long time almost one month and i havent received any answer

I we sent a another email on 2013-04-29 with question: " Hello, have you received our documents and respond to your questions? How long it takes to approve our request? " and again no respond from support. Should I wait for your answer, or look for another solution? I believe in the company, which issues related to the money support must  be better.
