Personal Acct Info Privacy

So the Payoneer debit card issuing bank is in Belize (Choice Bank) and the offices are headquartered in New York City. So for personal privacy/security's sake, are our personal account transactions/info shared with the USA or Belize Government? Thanks :)

    Payoneer is required by our regulators, in addition to laws and regulations, to keep proper records. We do not, however, have an obligation to report these amounts to any government agency, unless specifically requested.

    What about tax reporting?

    Tax reporting would be done by you, or via the earnings made with the company/partner (that sent you the payment).
