Inactive Card Activation

I have payment pending in peerfly network and would like to receive the payment in my card but my card has been deactivated due to prolong inactivity. 

I have contacted the customer support to activate my card and they said they will send me an email regarding this. The ID of the chat transcript is [LTK1215301471835X]


Any idea when my card will be activated?

    I see that a customer support representative already replied to your ticket. Please follow up via e-mail and they will be happy to assist you.

    Thanks Nissim for your reply. I got a message from the approval department asking me to log into old account and get the verification code. But I forgot password for my old account and password reset is not working either! Sent a message to customer support.

    Hoping to get it fixed :)
