I have to withdraw a a fairly large amount this time and every time we slide the card inside the slot, the bank charges $3 or $4 I guess.
Has anyone tried barclays or HSBC for an amount more than 30,000 rupees?0 -

@ writerone, Im sure you didn't get the exchange rate at 83 rupees, but you probably just activated your payoneer card so they deducted the activation fees of $30. The next time you withdraw cash, it will be exactly what you expect it to be.1 -

Anyone has information that how much Faysal Bank account holder or other local bank account holder can withdraw from faysal ATM? I last time tried to withdraw Rs 8500 from MCB but got error.0 -

Payoneer's Master Card is going to useless in Pakistan because only bank which is working Fayasal with limit of 10k pkr, which means if i have more than $3K and i want to withdraw it, about 30 trx are required. on Per trx (3%[low conversion rate] + 3 USD + bank fee) will charged.
IT MEANS PAYONEER'S MASTER CARD IS GOING USELES in PAKISTAN,1 -
I made a transaction from Citibank and it works fine but the problem is Citibank is not in every city so i have to travel 100km away to withdraw money. So yes payoneer is becoming useless in Pakistan.Payoneer have to do something.1

I think Standard Chartered is the best to withdraw cash from payoneer as it has a limit of RS 30,000 for a single withdrawal. According to other experiences mentioned here, most banks have a lower limit.

ATM before0 -
You can use it at the ATM just like any other debit MasterCard card. You will need your 4-digit PIN (that you set up during the card activation).
Make sure that the card is loaded with funds before you try to withdraw, and that you have sufficient funds to cover the withdrawal amount + any transaction fees.1 -

Previously I used MCB for my payoneer withdrawl, but there is deduction of Rs. 200 on each transaction. Presently using standard chartered bank and its working perfectly. Yesterday I withdawn money from SCB ATM and exchange rate was Rs. 94.78 per dollar, Agree with above that we can withdraw upto Rs. 30,000 per transaction while other ATMs offering max. 25,000 .

I havent yet tried payoneer on ATM but i tried it on a merchant in Pakistan. The exchange rate applied was as good as being robbed.
Local Currency Amount: [Pakistan, Rupee: 3046.0]
Amount to charge: $38.18Means the dollar was charged at USD 1 = PKR 79.77 almost 21 Rs difference than in open market.
As per the posts in this forum, the exchange rate people are getting varies from Rs. 91 to Rs. 94 almost 6 Rs diference than in open market.
I would accept the exchange rate of Rs. 94 , but Rs. 91 is too much - why waste so much on exchange difference, better use the card online to buy other service in US$ , this will save the exchange rate.
As for me, using the card on merchants in pakistan is useless thing.

Guys...
Just Apply for My First Master Card After a Full Day Struggle...
As We all know that Paypal did not let us drar directly for out country .. So i have questions for you
That
1-Will my original informations of Payoneer account (Pakistani Name,Adress,Etc) will let me being verified by paypal easily.
2-Would if it happened successfully ...Then would paypal can block or limit my account in future ?
-1 -
Local Currency Amount: [Pakistan, Rupee: 3046.0]
Amount to charge: $38.18For certain merchants, transactions are “pre-authorized” for an amount of up to 20% above the actual transaction amount. This would be for merchants that offer service before final payment, such as restaurants, hotels, or car rental companies.Once the merchant completes the transaction, this pre-authorization hold on funds will expire, and you will see a completed transaction for the actual amount (without this added amount).Example: You stay at a hotel, and they pre-authorize a charge of $100 to your card. You will see this as a pending hold on funds for $120. Once the hotel then completes the transaction (which can take a few minutes, or days, depending on when they process the transaction) this hold of $120 will expire and you will see a final charge of $100 applied to your card.0 -

My Questions are still unanswered....Please Reply.

@Faisalilyas: You can only use the Payoneer card and US Payment Service if you have a valid PayPal account, in your name. Payoneer should not in any way be used to circumvent PayPal rules and regulations, and any additional questions related to PayPal accounts/policy need to be directed to PayPal customer support.

Did you check if exchange rate was current? I expect its under calculated, pretty less than market rate.

Did you check if exchange rate was current? I expect its under calculated, pretty less than market rate.
I normally calculate my Pak. Rs. withdrawl as follow.
Today Interbank dollar rate is Rs. 97.90.
Mastercard currency conversion rate : 3% of 97.9 = 2.93
Final exchange rate for conversion (97.90 - 2.93 = 94.97)
Before checking for exchange rate as shown above, subtract $3.15 for ATM fee or if you loaded fund immediately then $3 for immediate load charges.
My last withdrawl was from SCB with exchange rate of 94.78

If you have activited your card from website and at that time the card have 0$ on it then it will deduct 29.85$ when you have the balance on it. If you try to use your card on any ATM and its balance is below 30$ they will catch your card. So always try to use cards if it have good balance. Some people try to use cards with 0 balance and ATM seiz their cards.

I am very concerned about the fees related to cash withdrawal in Pakistan. I was deposited with 243.53 dollars in my Payoneer account with (Payment ID: 6398064) today. I went to STANDARD CHARTERED bank to withdraw cash and the ATM showed only (PKR 20572 , roughly equal to $210). I want to figure out that even if we remove $3.15/Trx and $1/balance enqiury, I should get somewhere around $235. Where did the rest of the money go? I am worried so can you please help me on this issue ASAP.

Definitely Payoneer accept Pakistani NIC in urdu. They just need to verify your ID number and date of birth. Senior's can tell you more clearly
0 -
Yes, we will accept an ID in any language, including Urdu, as long as it is an official government-issued ID. This includes a driver's licence, national ID car (NIC) or international passport.

Lahorio!!!!
I've been reading forums on ATM usage n all.
But I'm still unsure.
I live in Lahore, n I use MCB ATM near my house for Payoneer withdrawals.
Max transaction limit is Rs 20,000 @ Rs 200 (per transaction)
Tell me is there a cheaper way to get my money?
For instance, some specific ATM that allows me to get Max money at minimum cost. Thanks in advance
Standard Chartered is good one... I've tried it.
20,000 local Currency amount
$215 USD Dollars...
Thanks Payoneer.

does Faysal bank still works for withdrawing from Payoneer card?

Today SCB ATM machine display message "your card is not suitable...", then I went to MCB and encounter transanction error, then I tried Faysal Bank and got "general failure error...". Finally decided to use Samba bank first time and successfully withdrawn my money. :-)

Interbank buying rate on 15-6-2013 was 99.55. Deduct 3% master exchange charges ( 99.55 x 3 /100 = 2.99 ), the rate should be (99.55 - 2.99 = 96.51 but I received money from samba @ 95.24) I withdrawn PK. Rs. 20,000 ($210). Exchange rate is NOT depend on withdrawl amount. I observed that SCB is giving good rate of exchange with maximum withdawl upto 30,000.

Thanks for the Reply Nasir
I think u forgot to add $2.15 to the above amount..... after adding the transaction fee amount the exchange rate would be equal to what you got.

Withdrawn from Samba 0 210.00 81.39 ( 95.238 x 210 = Pk Rs. 20,000)

I will be going to withdraw my money tonight from SCB and will update the exchange rate in this forum. from your post it looks like Samba is giving the best exchange rate while $215.51 were deducted from Dynamo account for the same amount which is Rs.20000
Anybody in this forum who have recently withdrew his money from SCB ?

Dynamo amount 215.51 includes 3.15 ATM trasaction fee. For finding actual rate of exchange, first deduct 3.15 from 215.51 and remaining is $212. MCB rate of exchange for this transaction was ( 20,000 / 212 = 94.33 ) while Samba Bank gave me 95.24. Presently SCB and Samba bank are giving good rate. My last SCB withdrawl rate was 95.44)
