Payonner Fiverr revenue card

Hello, 

 

recently i have ordered a payonner master card , but after i worked in Fiverr.com i Began to Earn some cash :) so i get my level 1 and ordered the "fiverr revenue card" ..  After a while Payoneer sent me a message : ( We see that you already ordered a Payoneer card in the past. Please note that Payoneer currently supports only one card per customer. ) and they told me to :

1 : Send The verification code (copied from your My Account inbox)

2: write Your date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY) 

So i sent the informations, but the problems are :

 

1 ) by mistake, i reversed the date of birth, i replied with the correct date ..

 

 

2 ) it has been 5 days and they didn't answer 


PLEASE HELP ME WHIT ANY INFORMATION
