Card still not approved
My current card is expiring by the end of this month and I sent a request for a new one in late April. Two weeks ago I contacted support and I get respond a new card was ordered for me and that I should expect shortly an email with estimated arrival date. (LTK1215302199835X)
However, there are no approval for my new card yet and no confirmation email. Is this usual practice to wait 2 months for a new card approval? And can you please speed up process, since in one week I wouldn't be able to use my funds.
