Validation Of Payment Is Too Slow 5 Days And No Answer From Support

I had a private payment at 04/30/2012 12:58. You requested some information about the payment

but load status is still “ Missing information, please contact Customer Support”.

I wrote to customer support. 5 days ago but still i have no answer.

I just want to clarify situation with payment, thanks

    Hi,

    Our payment department has requested further documents from the loader, which we have not yet received. Once we receive them, we will be able to continue in processing the payment.
