Ticket: Ltk529018755219X


I was working with a client to provide web development services and first I got this ticket to send in an invoice, which I did, please refer to the ticket number:


I sent the invoice but I didnt get any response for 2 3 days now. Please look into it.

Later I got a ticket LTK529018755219X for a private load complaint which was not authorized by the loader. I am not sure if the client has made forged payments using illegal credit cards, I have funds on my account and my card is blocked. I am more than willing to revert the payments, could you please help to what is going on? I havn't heard anything in 2 days now.

    I've spoken with the head of our payment department, who has informed me that they are currently looking in to this issue. We will notify you once there is an update.
