Problem Withdrawing In Local Atm

need help badly ASAP
Hello,

I'm trying to withdraw to a local ATM but keep getting "unable to processed transaction please contact your bank". what should I do? i needed money badly and chat support is offline. please help.
I always use the local ATM when withdrawing and have no problem before (use to withdraw weekly) and this is the first time this problem happened when i tried to withdraw.



*i always computed the local charge and deducted it to my amount withdraw.

please help. need this money.

also i was charge several times of $.90, can i still get it back?
