Can't Withdrawn From Atm

Hello,

I use the same atm to withdraw my money, but this time when i went to withdraw, the atm is doing something strange.

When I put in my card, it says "please wait while your transaction is being processed" and then my card gets out. That's all I get.
It don't asks me for the pin code, amount to withdraw, etc and neither any amount gets deducted from my card.

Why its happening so? I saw another person withdrawing from his "visa card" smoothly. Why its not allowing me withdraw from my "payoneer master card" as its a master card atm as well and I had withdrawn successfully some days ago.

Any help is appreciated.

    It appears that there was a technical issue with the ATM, as we have no reported down time for the card. If this issue persists, please PM me with the e-mail on your Payoneer account and I will look in to it.
