Getting the card and ATM in Pakistan

In my EMAIL , I saw that my card will be delivered to me DURING this days

Your card is estimated to arrive between 23 Jan 2014 and 30 Jan 2014

 

 

I am from PAKISTAN

 

 

 

 

I want to ask that how i get my CARD and i also want to know that when i withdraw from bank so how much payment detect by BANK and PAYONEER and i get money per month like 5$-10$ so i want to know that PAYONEER having any limit of withdraw or i easily withdraw from bank also tell me BANK names? :P

    You will get your card in the mail - we send it via standard shipping.

    You can view a full list of applicable fees and pricing in your "My Account" on Payoneer, under the general information tab. These are Payoneer fees - we cannot know how much each bank will deduct.

    You can withdraw up to $2,500 from ATM every 24 hours.
