Payment still waiting for approval, need it approved ASAP

Need help with payment stuck in approval process:

Payment ID: 9164291 Payment Date (EST.): 01/23/2014 08:36
Payment Status:Payment waiting for approval

Amount to Load: $2700.00 (applicable fees will apply)
Loader details: Payoneer Direct Deposit Payroll

I received an email yesterday from "US Payment Service Department" requesting a PayPal screenshot and invoices (ticket code LTK12153010884481X) .

I immediately sent the requested files, but got no response ever since.

I really need the funds transferred today or tomorrow at most.

I can understand delays because of the weekend, but I sent back the requested information on thursday morning, and didn't get any reply for the more than 24 hours until the weekend started.

I can only hope to have the money ready by tomorrow, as I had planned based on the time it usually takes since I start the transfer from PayPal (I actually needed it yesterday, and had to reschedule a ferry ticket because it's now taken over 10 days).
