Same Problem with me friends. SCB ab bht expensive hogaya hai. mene 25 Nov ko transaction karwai thi.
Interbank Dollar Rate was: $107.25 on 25 Nov.
Mujhay 2 transaction kerni pari
1- Rs 20,000/- Withdraw kiay for $197.65.
2- Rs 10,000/- withdrawkiay for $101.40
Total 30,000/- for $299.05.
Warna Normally ye withdrawal According to my calculation mujhay around $294 ki parni chaiye thi. I wasted my $5.
Please suggest different banks with no transaction fee of 200rs and with maximum limit.

i not tried that, I think some MCB ATM have the 25000 limit but they also charge RS 200, I now withdraw from Samba, They also have 20000 limit but its good to see that i don't have to pay Extra RS 200. Making 2 or 3 Transactions at a time means we loose 600 in a moment, so i am happy with spending few extra minutes to reach the nearest Samba atm. atleast it saves me to loose my hard earned money.
SCB bank has decreased the ATM limit to 20000 + 200 charges on all its atm locations, Checked 3 ATM's.
If someone of you finds any other bank atm which also supports withdraw from payoneer card, Please share.
BTW withdrawn On 29/11, RS 20000 = $193.14 at Samba ATM.

Today I successfully withdrew PKR 20,000 from SCB Tijara centre branch, shahra e faisal.
9-Dec-2013
PKR 20,000 + 200 ATM Fee + USD 3.15 Trx fee = Total Charged USD 196.29
It seems the USD rate given today was PKR 104.58
i.e. PKR 22000 = USD 193.14 + 3.15 Fee = USD 196.29
Whereas the mid-market rate today as per Xe.com = 108.2 and Interbank rate was 108.1
Further Analysis (for finance geeks lol)
It seems on optimal withdrawal i.e. PKR 20,000 , 1% is being charged by Standard Chartered Bank, and 1.65% is being charged by Payoneer.
However note: this percentage would go up if you withdraw lesser amount.
So my advice : Dont withdraw less than 20K atleast. Otherwise you would end up paying upto 5% of even more in transaction charges.
Another interesting find: Today i used Payoneer for shopping at a merchant POS and the rates were as below:
Amount Swiped = 805 PKR
Amount charged in Payoneer = USD 7.63
i.e. Exchange Rate on shopping as on 9th Dec 2013 = PKR 105.50 per dollar!

Payoneer is only working with MCB (Muslim Commercial Bank) bank these days. None of the other big banks are supporting Payoneer these days.
Standard Chartered used to support Payoneer card but these days it gives a general processing error on using the card.

Yesterday 10/12/2013 I was withdrawn PKR 20,000 = $194.64 from Samba Bank Hyderi Branch.
Last Saturday 07/12/2013 I was withdrawn PKR 15,000 = $146.56 from Samba Bank Hyderi Branch.
But Still Looking for the bank where I can withdraw atleast PKR 25000 in per transactions. I was checked Dubai Islamic Bank, HSBC, Barclays, JS Bank but no one accepts Mastercard. I never tried CITI bank because in karachi there were only 2 branches & guess what in Main I.I.Chundrigar Road Branch there were not ATM Machine were installed
If one knew where we can withdraw more than PKR 20,000. Please than let me know.

SCB and MCB both are nearest to me , What is minimum and maximum withdrawl limit of payoneer card through these banks
and my second question is I can use this card in atm without paying Its Yearly Fee of $29

SCB & MCB both are limited to withdraw PKR 20,000 Per transaction .
You can't used your card without paying yearly fees or annual charges. These charges are necessary to pay annually for the card maintenance and deducted from your available balance or funds in Payoneer account automatically annually basis.
Presently we have only bank MCB, SCB and Samba Bank for maximum 20,000 withdrawl. Few months before I withdrawn from CitiBank ATM located in Sherator Hotel, Karachi, but when next time I went for withthdrawl citiBank ATM was replaced by Meezan ATM and manager on duty told me that CitiBank are closing their branches. :-(
Burj Bank Issue master cards to their account holders but it does not accept Payoneer master card.
people who want to widthdraw 30.000 limit. Its not ideal since the banks with 30,000 limit cut $7 ATM fee. You better withdraw in 2 times. No difference since they will charge same in both cases. So if you think you will get rid of double ATM fee by doing just one withdraw, its not true.
Yahan in se in ka online system hi theek terha nahi chalta to yeh log international cards kaisay support karein ge, UBL, Habib bank jaisay banks me to main jeb bhi online deposit karane gya to in ka online down hota hai :P Mcb me fee hai magar ake saholat hai keh is ki branches buht hain aur takreeben is ki mostly atm mastercard ko support bhi karti hain.
Filhal to Samba kuch paisay becha leta hai, agay dekhein kia hota hai :P

Hello, I have $16.78 in my Payoneer account. MCB bank is not working for me. I went to withdraw 1000/rs from MCB banks's atm but when I put my card it asked for pin and I entered my pin then blue screen came with code of "664" and nothing happened. Please help.

I have just withdrawn my first payment from Standard chartered atm.
I withdrawn 2000 rupees and they charged me $24.74 ($3.15 fee included).
The atm notified me that bank will charge 200 rupees upon withdrawal.
The 200 rupees is an additional fee of bank? According to it i get a rate of 101 rupees after all charges...

Payoneer Atm transaction fee + 3% Currency Exchange rate by MasterCard will be also included in these charges,
So i think its normal. avoid such small transactions as much as possible. as it results in lower rates.
Yes RS 200 is fee by local bank, MCB & SCB Both charge this fee now. Samba Bank does not charge this fee at present.
So indirectly the transaction fee has gone to $5.15 from $3.15

1. The front side is upper where your card number & mastercard logo is embossed.
2. The master card monogram side is under your thumb when inserting card in ATM. Same way as we insert other local ATM Cards.
3. After inserting the card ATM asked you for the PIN. You made on Payoneer site.
4. Then you will select current account when ATM asked you.
5. Then you will withdraw your amount. Depends on your available funds in your payoneer account. But you can't withdraw more than 20,000 per transaction. This restrictions are by our local ATM. If you need to withdraw more than 20,000. Re insert the card follow the same procedure and withdraw your funds in second attempt but note not more than 20,000.
6. Used Samba Bank for best rates. SCB & MCB were take more 200 PKR Rupees per transaction.
Withdrawn 20,000 Rupees.(Samba Bank Lhr)
Total Cut from card: $199.54
Got the rate of Rs 101.84 / $ 1 after $3.15 fee deduction
Today's dollar rate: Rs 106.6 / $ 1
=106.6 - 101.84 = 4.76
%deducted = (4.76 / 106.6)*100 = Rs 4.46%
Standard CHartered BANK ATM's are working for Payoneer now.
Additional 200 rupess charges, but its worth it.
Today Interbank rate is : 105 ( http://www.forex.pk/inter_bank_rates.asp ) Banks always use interbank rates not open market rate.
Apply 3% MasterCard conversion rate on 105 : 3.15
105-3.15 = 101.85 That is your rate.

Hi,
In order to receive Clickbank payments, you will need to sign up for a card and then apply for our US Payment Service (http://community.payoneer.com/index.php?/topic/7576-what-is-the-us-payment-service-how-does-it-work/). Withdrawing from Clickbank is through the USPS.
Signing up is free of charge and so is the shipping.
Regarding fees - once you sign up you can access a full list of fees and pricing in your Payoneer account. This varies from account to account, depending on multiple parameters.
Once you apply and are approved you will also receive an email with estimated arrival dates for your card. It usually takes around a month.
If we need any information or further documents we ask for them on individual basis from cardholders.

I went home, opened my payoneer account to see Transaction withdrawal fee. Unexpectedly, instead of 3.15 (as was the case in my previous withdrawal), my withdrawal fee was $0.00. :wacko:
At the end they deducted 153.46 from my account.

I requested my first local bank transfer on 16-Jan-2014 to HBL account.
Amount sent: $60
Fee: $2.99
Transfer amount: $57.01
Local currency amount: 5885.88 PKR
Exchange rate i got: 5885.88 / 57.01 = 103.24
I remember on that day interbank rate was around Rs. 106.5 means 3% conversion rate also apply on local bank transfer.
But guys i still haven't received that amount in my bank account.
Upon consulting the Payoneer support they started a trace on my missing amount and said it will take around 2 weeks for successful trace.
I think local bank transfer is better then ATM withdrawal but i didn't receive yet.
Can anyone else tried local bank transfer pls share.

Standard Chartered BANK ATM'S and MCB ATM'S both are now charging PKR 300/- for per transaction!
Please note that, in Pakistan Bank ATM's there is PKR 20,000/- limit.
Tips: Don't use ATM's for balance inquiry. Make sure you've enough balance in your Payoneer Debit MasterCard and calculate the exchange Rs. then Withdraw money from ATM.

Glad to know that you did shopping with your Payoneer Debit MasterCard. You're right there is no fee when you shop online or in local stores, because Marchant will pay the fee. So shopping with Payoneer Card is better than ATM cash.

Unfortunately I have very remote experience with banking thus I need help from you people to suggest me local banks that facilitate following options;
1- Account must be available through internet so account-holder can view bank statement any time (and even can make transactions through internet)
2- Account must be clean from any type of interest (It must be Halal)
3- There must be minimum or, if possible, no bank charges

You can easily withdraw your funds from any Standard Chartered Bank Limited ATM. 3.15$ as Transaction fee + Rs. 300 as ATM Fee. Done it many time os SCB ATM.

Ok... Here is the thing. SAMBA BANK is awesome for payoneer withdrawls. But if you need to withdraw money on SATURDAY and SUNDAY, there is no luck.
SAMBA BANK and their ATM are closed on SAT & SUN. Only this thing about SAMBA BANK is not cool!
STANDARC CHARTERED Now charge ATM ACCESS FEE of 300.
So thing is clea. If you could wait, wait for working day and withdraw from SMABA BANK. Or if you need urgent money, you have to pay the additional charges to other banks

Its great from Samba as it didn't get any charges.
I am going to hit samba bank ATM today for my first biggest withdrawal of 1157$. Hopes their ATM will be OK today as Its Monday.
Maybe it is based on CITY. But in Faisalabad there is only ONE branch of SMABA BANK. And it was closed on SAT-SUN along with ATM Machine.
