I can't login to my account no matter what!

I use the same details on PC but it's not working on the phone.

I'm very sure of my user name, password, and ID number.

Please note the username is the email you signed up with. Is it still not working?

This card don't have email address. It only have a user name. And yes it stil wrong and this time it didn't even forward me to enter my ID number.
