New Feature: Send a US Payment Request
We've recently updated the US Payment Service to allow funds to be received from even more companies - you can read more about that update here. As part of this new updated we've released a new feature that allows you to easily send a request for payment to US companies.
To find this new service, simply sign in to your Payoneer account and go to your US Payment Service profile page. Once on that page, click on Send a US Payment Request or click on "US Payment Request" from the "Withdrawal" menu. It looks like this:
Once on the US Payment Request page, you will see a form which requires to you enter details related to your payment request. Simply enter the required details and click on the "Send" button to send your request.
Sending a US Payment Request will send an e-mail to the contact specified in the payment form, and also CC you on that same e-mail. The e-mail will include an explanation of how the company can send you funds, and also the amount you are requesting that they send. If you want to see what the e-mail looks like before you send it, simply click on the "Preview" button.
Feel free to share your feedback and comments below, and of course ask any questions.

Hi Payoneer,
Thank you for the updates,
A single question, Can I still use the previous bank account details?
I usually use that accout to receive payments in monthly basis, and I wanna make sure that everything is OK.
Regards
AE
Hi,
If you have the old USPS details set up on sites that pay you, you can continue using them. You can see this in our FAQ: http://community.payoneer.com/index.php?/topic/12006-official-faqs-for-the-us-payment-service-update/
For new services, from now on, please add the new details.

Hi
is sending a request is nececery to get payment from a us company
because i added my account on escrow.com
and i didnt send them any request using the request form
Hi,
No, it's not necessary. It's simply a new service we give so that people can directly contact a company (if they know someone there). If the company has an online interface or you prefer to manually send them the information, you are not required to use the request form.

To be more clear and more vulgar, can you give an example? For example, to oDesk and Clickbank, the two sites is a partner Payoneer?
Yes, both are companies that we work with.

If this company is a US company that meets our terms and conditions and can pay via direct US ACH only, you should be able to get paid from it.

HI
I need to recieve my funds from a US company not listed in the whitelist. How can I add WEPAY into the whitelist ? How soon will be the interface on request US payment service be available ?
Hi,
We no longer have the white list, we updated the US Payment Service: http://community.payoneer.com/index.php?/topic/12006-official-faqs-for-the-us-payment-service-update/
If Wepay is a US company that can pay via direct deposit (US ACH) and meets our terms & conditions, you can add your bank details and withdraw your payments.
