    UPDATE: Feb 05, 2014!

Standard Chartered BANK ATM'S and MCB ATM'S both are now charging PKR 300/- for per transaction!

Please note that, in Pakistan Bank ATM's there is PKR 20,000/- limit.

Tips: Don't use ATM's for balance inquiry. Make sure you've enough balance in your Payoneer Debit MasterCard and calculate the exchange Rs. then Withdraw money from ATM.

    Thanks!

Samba bank still not deducting any charges per transaction ?

    Hello rizwan143,

Glad to know that you did shopping with your Payoneer Debit MasterCard. You're right there is no fee when you shop online or  in local stores, because Marchant will pay the fee. So shopping with Payoneer Card is better than ATM cash.

Yes - Samba bank is not charging fee!

With the arrival of bank transfer facility, ATM is certainly going to become a luxury.

So let's talk the new dimentions:

    Unfortunately I have very remote experience with banking thus I need help from you people to suggest me local banks that facilitate following options;

1- Account must be available through internet so account-holder can view bank statement any time (and even can make transactions through internet)

2- Account must be clean from any type of interest (It must be Halal)

3- There must be minimum or, if possible, no bank charges

    Kindly suggest some good options,

    Thank you

Ok... Here is the thing. SAMBA BANK is awesome for payoneer withdrawls. But if you need to withdraw money on SATURDAY and SUNDAY, there is no luck.

SAMBA BANK and their ATM are closed on SAT & SUN. Only this thing about SAMBA BANK is not cool!

STANDARC CHARTERED Now charge ATM ACCESS FEE of 300.

So thing is clea. If you could wait, wait for working day and withdraw from SMABA BANK. Or if you need urgent money, you have to pay the additional charges to other banks :(

Withdrawn Rs. 20,000 on Friday from Samba Bank.

    Amount in Dollars:              $197.25

    Payoneer Withdrawal Fee: $2.75

    =============================

    Total Transaction:               $200

Per Dollar Rate: 20,000 / 197.25 = Rs. 101.39 (After 3% assessed by MasterCard on Inter Bank rate at the time of transaction)

Its great from Samba as it didn't get any charges.

Maybe it is based on CITY. But in Faisalabad there is only ONE branch of SMABA BANK. And it was closed on SAT-SUN along with ATM Machine.

    I checked this twice.

$3.15 is payoneer card ATM transaction fee regardless of which bank is used. Beside this MCB and SCB are also now charging Rs. 300 per transaction for withdrawing cash. Samba bank atm has no Rs. 300 charges.

Same location Ghakkar Plaza, Rawalpindi, i don,t know why they charge you $3.15 - if you check payoneer ATM withdrawal Fee then you'll know it must be $2.15 instead of $3.15.

one thing i make sure, i always withdrawal Maximum amount or always left more then $100 every month and they always charge me $1 per month instead of $3.

    Thanks!

Well there is a lot of confusion regarding the fee which deducts by Payoneer.

Originally it is $2.15 as written in admin area pricing page.

They deducted $2.75 from me, I withdrawn yesterday from Karachi.

@Kiani is saying they deducted $2.15 from him.

@sadarrehman is saying they deducted $3.15 from him.

It looks like they deduct fee city wise not country wise as if they deduct country wise then we all will have same fee. I know it varies bank to bank also but as we all are withdrawing from SAMBA Bank so there is no question of different fee of different bank.

We need a clarification from a representative of Payoneer, @Nissim if you are reading this then please reply and clarify this fee confusion.

@sadarrehman you said you withdrawn from Rawalpindi but your Merchant location is showing KARACHI PK???

I don,t think so their is deduct fee city wise, coz me and sadarrehman, lived in same City! and My merchant location is also Karchi PK, instead of Rawalpindi.

Yes in that case you are right if you both are in same city and one is getting $2.15 and the other is getting $3.15 Fee then it must not be city wise deduction.

Now this confusion is mounting more why different fee for different users?
What are the criteria to deduct the fee?

Can anyone know then please share and I think official Payoneer representative is the best person to answer this.
