Partners that allow bank withdraw

Hello,

 

I'm really interesting in changing my current payment processor to another one who is using Payoneer, I already have the card, but I'd prefer bank withdraw; however, my card (from 2CO) doesn't seems to be enabled to do it, so I was wondering what partners allow bank withdraw or if there is anyway to activate this in my current account.

    Could I join that program? I'm really interested, and I'be able to finally change my current payment gateway.

    Any estimate of how long can it takes while this is implemented? I really need this, and I'd really appreciate such a cool feature :)
