Today 26 Feb 2014 transactions from Samba Bank.

    Rs 20,000 = $199.48

    ATM Withdrawal Fee = 2.15

    http://www.2imgs.com/35cb6b4192

    For now! best rates!

Still willing to have a new bank! with atleast 30,000 Per transection!

@Kayani I used Samba Bank ATM located in front of Ghakkar Plaza, Rawalpindi and they charged me 3.15$ as Transaction fee. Where are you withdrawing your money?

For All Other Users Only Use SAMBA for best rates.

$3.15 is payoneer card ATM transaction fee regardless of which bank is used. Beside this MCB and SCB are also now charging Rs. 300 per transaction for withdrawing cash. Samba bank atm has no Rs. 300 charges.

Same location Ghakkar Plaza, Rawalpindi, i don,t know why they charge you $3.15 - if you check payoneer ATM withdrawal Fee then you'll know it must be $2.15 instead of $3.15.

one thing i make sure, i always withdrawal Maximum amount or always left more then $100 every month and they always charge me $1 per month instead of $3.

    Thanks!

Well there is a lot of confusion regarding the fee which deducts by Payoneer.

Originally it is $2.15 as written in admin area pricing page.

They deducted $2.75 from me, I withdrawn yesterday from Karachi.

@Kiani is saying they deducted $2.15 from him.

@sadarrehman is saying they deducted $3.15 from him.

It looks like they deduct fee city wise not country wise as if they deduct country wise then we all will have same fee. I know it varies bank to bank also but as we all are withdrawing from SAMBA Bank so there is no question of different fee of different bank.

We need a clarification from a representative of Payoneer, @Nissim if you are reading this then please reply and clarify this fee confusion.

@sadarrehman you said you withdrawn from Rawalpindi but your Merchant location is showing KARACHI PK???

I don,t think so their is deduct fee city wise, coz me and sadarrehman, lived in same City! and My merchant location is also Karchi PK, instead of Rawalpindi.

Yes in that case you are right if you both are in same city and one is getting $2.15 and the other is getting $3.15 Fee then it must not be city wise deduction.

Now this confusion is mounting more why different fee for different users?
What are the criteria to deduct the fee?

Can anyone know then please share and I think official Payoneer representative is the best person to answer this.

Payoneer provides payment solutions for many different companies and each one has different pricing/fees option. For eg If card directly ordered from payoneer website then annual fee is different from cards ordered via payoneer partners sites. In the same manner, instant load fee and atm transaction fee is also different base from where we receive payoneer card.

I withdrawal many time from Rawalpindi. If the transcript is showing KARACHI, may be SAMBA bank Head Office is located in Karachi or may be there is same receipt format for all cities. I think they are charging fee on city based.

I am going to withdraw some $$$ today and will update the whole thing again here. May be the above confusion is due to Branch wise?

I don't care for that as its only 1$ ups or downs.

    Bad News  :growl:

"ATM Withdrawal Decline - Insufficient Funds" charging $1

means agar aap 15,000 ka payout krvana chahty hy or apky card me 15,000 sy kum dollars hy to aapky account sy $1 detuct kr lia jay ga

so never enter more than ammount

Always try to withdraw 20,000 Rupees , Its my opinions, hence you will take a good rate of dollars and you will also never face a withdrawl decline problem. And Withdraw from SAMBA BANK if its possible for you people.

Well Pakistan me Jitna Dollar Rate Down Hoga Waisay He Products Ki Prices Down Hongi I suppose. Hope so Products Prices Come Down With Respect To Dollar Rate.

    Hi,

Your Payoneer card has a set cash withdrawal fee. It would not vary per city/location.

To confirm the exact fee, you can log into your online account, go to the "Help" menu and select "Pricing and Fees."

    Hi @Nissim,

This is the confusion which i told you. Please see the attached screen shot of my Prices & Fees page under Help of my account.

It says ATM Withdrawal or POS/Bank Teller Cash Disbursement (Non-US) = $2.15

But whenever i Withdraw the amount from ATM, Payoneer deducted fee of $2.75

See the confusion, if you are saying whatever written in your account's Pricing and Fees page, Payoneer deducts that fee then why it dedecting $2.75 instead of $2.15

Is it any system error, should i report this to Payoneer Help Desk, Please suggest.

    Regards,

    Khurram

Dollar rate is decreasing. I assume that $217 include 3.15 atm transaction fee.

    20 March 2014 interbank rate is      97.91

    LESS 3% Master conversion rate :    2.91

            rate for withdrawing                 95.00

    $217 less atm transaction charges $3.15 =  $ 213.85

    $213.85  X 95 =  20,315

Samba did not deducted extra 300 charges as MCB and SCB are deduction.

What if I don't use payoneer card and just use payoneer service to withdraw money directly to my local bank account.

Isn't it a less costly way of getting forieng money?

If I don't use Payoneer debit card (and only use their transfer service), will I still be charged annual fee by Payoneer?

You still need Payoneer card first, once you will get card then you either use card or bank withdrawal service.

But remember i used bank withdrawal service but my experince was not good, the money didn't receive in my account. I contacted several times to my bank and Payoneer help desk but no result.

Finally after so many queries and a month of frustration, Payoneer return back the money to my card thanks to Payoneer.

So my advice is to use card as i feel their bank service is not mature enough right now.

    Hi to all,

I requested my first local bank transfer on 16-Jan-2014 to HBL account.

    Amount sent: $60

    Fee: $2.99

    Transfer amount: $57.01

    Local currency amount: 5885.88 PKR

    Exchange rate i got: 5885.88 / 57.01 = 103.24

I remember on that day interbank rate was around Rs. 106.5 means 3% conversion rate also apply on local bank transfer.

But guys i still haven't received that amount in my bank account.

Upon consulting the Payoneer support they started a trace on my missing amount and said it will take around 2 weeks for successful trace.

I think local bank transfer is better then ATM withdrawal but i didn't receive yet.

Can anyone else tried local bank transfer pls share.

Can you please let me know the exact date when you received funds in your bank account mentioned above?

Did you receive this amount in your bank account or not?

I want to withdraw $400+ from supported ATM.

I have been withdrawn 15000 Rs before this, but that was a single transaction.

    I am waiting

Aray bhi woh transaction kartay he foran screen shot lay laita hai aur bhej deta hai. Aur aap samajhtay ho us ki fee nahe kat rahe.

Bhi Payoneer kamanay kay liye betha hai sab ki fee deduct hoti hai aisa ho he nahe sakta kay Payoneer fee na lay.

Han kisi say $3.15 kisi say $2.75 aur kisis say $2.15 depents on which partner program is using.

Fee include honay main kuch dair lagti hai bhai.

Aap transaction kar kay ayo aur Foran Payoneer per login ho kar dekho gay to aap ki transaction fee bhe $0.00 show ho rahe ho ge.

Jo kay kuch dair bad mature hoti hai and include ho jati hai.

    Common Sense man.

I agree that Withdrawal Fee does not show for few hours when you just withdraw money. But it does show total amount deducted which includes Withdrawal Fee. It's just does not show Withdrawal Fee figure at that time but it was already deducted!

I tried bank withdrawal and it is not good. I requested a withdrawal of $727.00 via LFT on 23-MAR-2014 and funds has not been credited in my bank account yet. I am very frustrated. I usually got my money within 24 hours through oDesk (LFT) into my bank account. I contacted Payoneer Customer Service many times but they always reply too late for matters regarding LFT/Bank Withdrawals.

You mean Samba is also charging 200 rupees for transaction like SCB and MCB?

That is standard withdrawl fee not ATM access fee.

ATM Access fee is 200PKR which other banks charging, SAMBA does not charge this.

guys can you please tell me what is the daily withdrawl limit in mcb bank?

  • Nasir KhanNasir Khan Member Posts: 163 ✭✭

Payoneer daily withdrawl ATM limit is $2500  (Pak Rupees  245,000 at current dollar rate)

MCB ATM cash withdral for payoneer card is Rs. 20,000 (plus Rs. 300 transaction fee) per transaction.

After completing 1st withdrawl, insert card and pin code for withdrawing another 20,000 and so on...

Remember that MCB charges Rs. 300 per payoneer withdraw, whether it is 1000 or 20000. There is also $3.15 payoneer atm transaction charges.

    Salaam...

Withdrawan 2 Lakh Ruppees from Samba Bank Islamabad :):):)

Tried to do another transaction too but it Said " Card Error. Please Contact your Branch " :s:s

I think Daily PKR limit might be around Rs. 200,000/-.

    $213.09 - $3.15(Atm Fees) = $209.94 - 3.25%(Conv. Fees) = 203 x 98.50(Interbank Rate) = Rs. 20,000 :)

I mostly use my Payoneer card over Cng Stations / Petrol Pumps , & Metro Stores . It gives around Rs 1.50+ savings per $ rate average from shopping instead of ATM.
