Payment method problem

Recently i have purchased a character from google play store game "Subway surf" from my brother's mobile phone Samsung galaxy s3. After i added my master card details in that and clicked the buy button it showed me the error that payment method was declined. But when i checked my payoneer account 135 PKR / 1.3 dollars was deducted from account. Neither i got the character . Please what's happening with my account. I am really really tensed. HELP MEE

    Hi,

    I don't see any such transaction on your account. You can view a full list of transactions by logging in. Perhaps this charge was in pre-authorization mode and was released?

     Please check.
