  There is no time restriction or requirement in regards to accessing your funds. All funds loaded to your Payoneer account will be available for use, regardless of how long they have been there. Cards not used in 60 days will become inactive, for security reasons, however they will automatically become active again once additional funds are loaded to your account, or by contacting us at http://www.payoneer.com/contactUs.aspx
