New card

My old MC is expired, and I applied for a new one.

Status is;

 

"

Your application is currently being reviewed. You will receive an update within the next several business days.

"

This was few weeks ago, but status is unchanged.

Why it takes that long for approval? I using US payment service as well...

 

please advise,

    I'm sorry about this delay. Do you maybe have the ticket number for your latest inquiry? Starts with LTK and ends with X.

    Oleg, just know, you're not the only one.  Although Ive only been waiting since the middle of March.....it's alot longer than the 3-5 days I was originally told.  My card hasnt even shipped out yet!  O_O

    Hi, 

     

    I am here for the first day in the forum. I have recently received and activated my Payoneer Master Card.

     

    I have forgot the password. 

     

    So try to reset password by following the sent recovery URL by Payoneer. 

    I enter the info like:

     

    > Username

     

    > last 4 digits of your card / bank account (I have used the last four digit  of 16 of the card )

     

    > Enter your date of birth

     

    > Security question and 

     

    > Mobile No (I am confused which mobil no I have used, but probable 3 number I have tried)

     

    When I submit reset new password, it is not taking. 

     

    It says "Wrong details. You have 2 more tries before your account is locked"

     

    I am not going to take risk to be blocked at remaining 2 attempts.

     

    Please help me.
