Withdraw to bank account option is not available

Hello Nissim,

 

 

I have a Payoneer account but i don't know how to withdraw money directly to my local bank account. In the withdraw menu, there isn't any option to withdraw to local account. I know that all new Payoneer account have this option by default. 

 

Please take a look into my account and enable/active this service. The email is [email protected]

    First of all thank you for your message. Secondly, I'm sorry for the slightly misleading information you received in your email to our support department - our terms change and are very dynamic so sometimes it's hard to keep track :)

     

    Regarding our Card to Bank service - you won't see the option until we activate it. There's a procedure that must be done beforehand. If you'd like to get more details please PM me and I'll gladly give them to you.

    There can be one of two reasons: Either your country is not supported for withdrawing funds to your local bank at this time or this function needs to be activated for your Payoneer account. The best way to figure this out is to contact Payoneer support directly so they can review your individual case.

    I m new to Payoneer, so currently i received my first payment in payoneer but i don't know how to withdraw money to my local bank account. bcz there is not any option available. and i can see that my payment is in pending,

    Dear @mittu , You may not see the withdraw tabs because the withdrawal is automatically initiated to your bank account every 24 hours.

    Hi, I have the same problem, I haven't been using my account for a while, but I have a card etc.
    Now I want to activate a bank account, but there is no option to add a bank account. What should I do now? I don't want to create a new account only to achieve it.

    Hi @uptimex,

    If you still have this issue you should be able to add a bank account using the Bank Accounts feature on your account.

    To access Bank Accounts please follow these steps:

    1. Log in to your Payoneer online account.
    2. From the main menu, go to Settings and choose Bank Accounts.
