Payoneer sending payments to another bank

So my bank is Standard Chartered, yet all of my payments are being transferred to Barclays bank. And in order to receive these payments I first get a letter, then I fill the form then I give the form to my bank Standard Chartered and then they give it to Barclays and I wait for days and days to get my money. Why is this? I get weekly payments and this is such a huge hassle. No one from Payoneer is responding to my emails or anything. Does anyone know why this happens? Even my bank manager says how frustrating it is.. Can someone from Payoneer help me or.

    LTK1216103014343X. Nothing has happened even after providing you guys my IBAN. Still have to wait for a check from Barclays and that takes forever... :(
