Is it possible to withdraw USD to my British USD Bank Account (Barclays International banking) without incurring a withdrawal fee of 2%?

We currently support local bank withdrawal to the UK, in GBP. You will not be able to withdraw from Payoneer to your UK bank account in USD.

I'm from Philippines, and my local bank has a Dollar Account, And I would like to use my international dollar bank account to avoid the the conversion like USD to USD, but it said that "fund will be transferred in your selected currency" which is PHP and not USD.

I had to revive this post. Due to I cannot withdraw to my local bank in USD, I have to pay %40 tax. However in our law, if my customer is foreigner, and their product which I have developed is used in a foreign country, and I am paid in foreign currency (USD) the tax becomes %0. It is very important issue for me.
