Why I am not getting my last two Payoneer cards though everything is valid?

Hello,
I have registered with payoneer through odesk but currently I am working with different affiliate marketing programs in which to get payment I need the payoneer card number. My previous card was blocked so I applied for a new card.

Though card was successfully issued but I didn't get my card in due time. This happened for the last two card in same account. Last card was due till 26th September but I didn't get it yet. I thought it might be problem with odesk but card was issued successfully. Why is this happening? I asked for the payoneer support but they they don't reply in 10 business days. What kinda weird situation I am in? Never thought payoneer support would get as worse these days.

Anyway, I applied directly for a payoneer account with valid documents (previous account was through odesk) but it was declined instantly! Here I contacted payoneer support again but as always got no reply in 7 business days. I guess 3 business days means more than I imagine for payoneer support right?

Can you please tell me why my application for a payoneer account is declined? While I tried to get a direct payoneer account (no via a/c like odesk/elance) it was declined instantly without any good reason although my documents was % genuine.

Please give me a trust-able link to get a payoneer account in which I won't be declined to get a payoneer account.

@NafeesKhabir @Nissim What if I close all the account I applied for even the active one from oDesk when it's closed meanwhile I apply for a new Payoneer? Is it possible to get approved then?

This is just a normal process that payoneer team declines applications come directly via affiliate or direct submission. They want you to provide two different information (1) Company name you are intend to work (2) Government issued ID, or Driving license, or Passport.

They will further respond you after reviewing your application and let you know whether account is approved or declined.

If declined then there must be wrong between information you provided during account registration and on your Government issued card.

For more details you should contact the support team.
