Payoneer stopped issuing cards to Indians from 2011 onwards because of RBI's law. Earlier it was not allowed to withdraw amount using the Payoneer card issued to other country people through Indian ATMs. Later they allowed it.

But from when they started issuing the card again to Indian users?

@ SouthIndian : i dont know about the whole situation friend, but the truth is i recently got the Payoneer master card deliver to my Indian Home address via DHL Express. i entered the details and my account got activated. but i dont know how to use it for withdrawal, i just wanted the money in my bank account, rather than in any card.

Due to RBI regulations, we are unfortunately not able to provide Payoneer cards to Indian residents. If you are living outside of India, with a billing address and government issued ID for the country you are living in, you can sign up for Payoneer.
Ow then sorry, But I found a client who is in india but using payoneer :0

I don't get it. On the Payoneer sign up page, in the contact details section, in the countries, there is no option to select India. Where are you from? There is Iceland, Indonesia, Iraq, Ireland, but no India.. How did you select India or gave an Indian address?
In the first place, how did you even open an account with Payoneer? I don't get it.
