Poor costomer support and 3D verified issues

In the last week, i contacted Payoneer support 2 times via the support ticket, each time i received copy paste replies, and even i attached information it seems the support person did not look at it.
I replied to both emails and after the 3rd replied Payoneer stopped responding completely.

Reference Number: 150108-001757
I found that some transactions take days before they are updated in the Payoneer system, resulting in refund balances not being added back into the card even thought those are realtime transactions cleared by the merchant's bank.

I aslo find that many transactions get declined because Payoneer card is not 3D verified. I noticed that Nissim mentioned almost 2 years ago that they are seriously looking at 3D but seems noting happened about it.
I have been a Payoneer user for close to 2 years now, and loaded close to $20,000 into the card, but because of the ongoing crap support and problems i am experiencing i am seriously considering to cancell the card.
Really disappointed experience with Payoneer.
