ATM didn't Dispense Cash But Payoneer account Balance was Deducted.

Today during cash withdraw from Muslim Commercial Bank Pakistan. I successfully withdraw 4 times payments $206.73 (20k Pakistani Rupees) in each Transaction = Total $826.92 (80k Pakistani Rupees). But when i try to withdraw payment 5th time so ATM didn't process my transaction and I received a notification "your card is not responding and ATM didn't deliver cash".

I checked my balance online and found that amount has been deducted $206.73 But unfortunately i didn't Receive Cash of 5th Transaction. Its first time that ATM error happen to me.

Then I went to next ATM of the same bank (Muslim Commercial Bank Pakistan) I 6th time try to withdraw $206.73 but unfortunately I receive the same message As i get in my 5th Transaction "your card is not responding and ATM didn't deliver cash". Again $206.73 deducted from my payoneer account, But I was lucky This time after 1 min $206.73 reversed in my payoneer account.

But My 5th Transaction Amount $206.73 is still not reversed....

1033.65$ Cut From payoneer account but I received Only 826.92$ (80k in Pakistani rupees)

I need help on what to do now. I went to the bank today and they said that there must be some glitch during exchange so Payoneer will reimburse the amount in 48 hours and if that doesn't happen then you should contact Payoneer support because the bank has nothing to do with it.

I need to know how will I get my hard earned money back. I have been using the same ATM for 2 years and this is the first time that something like this happened.

Please help me and reply me as soon as possible.

I really love payoneer and it's forum supporter (david and nissim) and i hope payoneer supporter will not disappoint me and try to reversed my Funds as soon as possible.

    It seems like the ATM malfunctioned when you tried to withdraw funds. While this is rare, it can at times happen.

    In the vast majority of cases the ATM will automatically correct itself and reverse the charge within a few days. If you do not see the charge reversed within the next few days, please contact our support department and we will assist you in disputing the charge. This will force the bank to check their records and return your funds: https://payoneer.custhelp.com/

    After a long wait finally today i File a dispute against my 5th transaction.

    I fill all details in disputed forum and sent back to you...

    please conform me you receive my e-mail and attach documents regarding disputed transaction.

    I also want to know all details fill correctly and let me know if you want to know anything else.
    also conform me the TAT of all the process.

    I had the same issue today. MCB also asked me to wait for 48 hours. I have a quick question; if the amount is reversed, would it be shown on my Payoneer account?

    Hi Guys , Same this happened to me today I tried to cash our 20k Pak Rupees but money didnt came out and amount is deducted to Payooner.This also happed to me with MCB atm.Dont know what to do.

    Same thing happened to me at the MCB Lahore ATM on 12 November 2014, I had filed the dispute on the same day. Now Payoneer has reversed my amount on 20th January, 2015 and its showing in my Card balance, but I'm unable to withdraw it.

    I have tried 2 different ATMs yesterday, but it rejected the transaction and said There is not enough credit on my card. I have $170 and I'm unable to withdraw even $120.

    Yesterday, I sent 2 emails to Payoneer support center in this regard, but they haven't replied yet.

    Does anybody know what's going on? I need guidance.

    There is problem, either on MCB or Payoneer. I have $280 in my account but when I tried to withdraw $100, ATM said "limit exceeded, not sufficient funds."

    Something bad is going on. Was anyone able to use card in last few days?

    I also meet like such situation today,
    I have not received payment, but account balance deducted. No USD amount is written in ATM. When I check my balance, I see that balance is deducted. I ask you to support me and back my balance to my account. Is it possible to return back?

    I also faced same issue. on 20th January I tried to withdraw cash 3 times ( $200 each ). I got $400 ( 40 k pkr ) but last transaction failed. It said that transaction is failed please try again later.
    I did not get receipt for the last (third) transaction. Then I checked my Payoneer account I that amount was deducted from my account. That is really painful. I earned that amount with a lot of hard work.
    I contacted local bank they asked me to wait for 48 hours. I waited but I did not get back my money yet. I also contacted payoneer, they asked me to fill dispute form that may take around 3 MONTHS to resolve ( and still no money back gurantee ).

    I am feeling very hopeless because same thing was happened with my brother 3 months ago. And he still did not get his money back yet even after following all formalities.

    Dear #PAYONEER Please improve your service to avoid such serious issues. :/

    Hello Payoneer staff, what is the status of reference no. 161214-013113, will the transaction be reversed in good time? I am beginning to feel conned. I used a local ATM but it failed to dispense cash. The transaction was initially pending, but now it is not. Should i file another dispute using the new transaction no.? Please help.
