I have payoneer account and also have US paypal account. I try to link bank account with payoneer but there is message from paypal "Sorry, we are unable to process your request, please try later".

I need help because my few payments are pending that i need to withdraw through payoneer.

How long does it take?? It's going on to THREE DAYS!!! now that my payment is still waiting approval. Can payoneer not be be relied upon to provide proper services??

I feel your pain because I'm in almost the same position. We don't have access to Payoneer Payment Department, they are hidden behind nicknames and emails, and actually you can't contact them, only they can contact you by email.
I'm also wondering what institution or US law gives to payoneer permissions to ask for strictly private clients information. Or maybe some things like payments you are under strict regulation, but about 3rd parties date you are allowed to collect....Why forcing me to give your information about my clients without their knowledge...something ILLEGAL in my country!
Not to mention that we do business over internet, and 3-4 days delay or money somewhere between Payoneer and PayPal is just something scandalous.
I am seriously planning to bring Payoneer to the European court and as far as I can see there is plenty of similar cases around the web.
Let me ask you something Payoneer:
if you give the right to your customers to hold your commissions and taxes for one week, how would you feel? And what about the financial damages it will cause to you?
I really don't like PayPal holds, but Payoneer is even worse (just google for payoneer...)

IMO Payoneer should be sued, especially their Payment department and Adel (for personal attacks against my family and lack of knowledge)!
At least we should be noticed about changes in Payoneer US TOS and about their plans.
I used to receive $600 from PP to Payoneer US in December 2014 and all was good.
My father received many payments back in 2013-2014 and everything was good.
On top of that they try to blame me, because they have adult company - Zmedianow as their official partner. But actually if you visit chaturbate.com you can see that they (Payoneer and Zmedianow) work together and you can link your Payoneer card to Zmedianow almost instant. On top of that Payoneer staff misunderstood the difference between US bank TOS and General/Mastercard payments TOS!
I'm in contact with my lawyer he is preparing for me some documents now. Payoneer you ruined my business, you did to me a financial damage, and you also damaged my family budget! Now i don't have money to feed my wife and babe! You will pay for this Payoneer! Emails and logs here are official documents, i know what your staff is well hidden behind nicknames, but lets see what the court will says about this. I have my lawyer to summon every single person from Payoneer i talked to about my issue, and especially Adel!
!!!Adel (Payoneer Payment Department) let's see how you will explain to the jury, that because of you my wife and our baby starve now!!! I'm looking forward to it!!!

@drewcolburn: my payment was delayed at first too and everything was ok, lets see if how you will end up - waiting 7 days to a month to have your money back.....this is the most common case with payoneer around the web....

Mine is already delayed more than 48 hours, goodluck with Payoneer. Stay away from Adela!

same thing here My last withdrawal from paypal (payment id 16031773 )has been "waiting for approval" since more than 8 days with no reply from customer support ,sent two e-mails with the document required and No reply from customer support yet ,,i already received many payments before;

I would like to open this discussion because i want to know why is this happening. Until 1 month ago all payments received were loaded within 2-4 hours. Now my payment i see this message Payment waiting for approval for a day. I have one payment at the moment that are being waiting for approval and i really need the money. If the website that we sell/earn the money holds the money for 3 days, then when withdrawing from bank they hold for another 3 to 5 days until money should hit the bank, then if you start to hold the money for another 3 days it will take us 2 weeks to get our money in hand. This is really frustrating because i cant work without having my money in hand first. I am really hoping that this will get fixed and payments will be loaded just like before.
I am asking please to any of those administrators who have access to load funds please go ahead and approve my two payments because i really need the money as soon as possible.

Im really really frustrated , its been 10 days that you hold my money that i worked and invested a lot of money for it , and now you are holding my money for approval , what approval . Google has approved it and sent the payment to me , and you are holding my payment , im waiting for another 2 days , if i still cant withdraw my money , the law will handle this problem .

I will give you all my information that you askes. But this is really bad for your company , if this problem appears again im looking to close my payoneer account . Im paying fees , i paid 30 dollar 5-6 days ago for my account . And this is how you work with your clients . Thats bad , really bad.

And please Payoneer admins .. dont send me links to contact you , i've already contact payoneer in all the contact forms you have. Please I need a concrete acces to my problem. Becouse i think this isnt a system waiting for approval but THIS IS A PROBLEM, and a realy big one. Why do bank need to approve money coming from Google . They check all the work i made and Google Inc is a really big and secure company . They dont make mistakes to send me money .
