Where goes the money loaded in card after account cancelled?

Hi, my account was cancelled , but i just need to know how much time does it takes to send back my money that was loaded in my card before cancelling my account? it was +2 weeks ago and supports doesnt give any answer.

    It was on January 23 and nothing yet, just arrived back the last 3 deposits,but not the first which was loaded. Well now I cannot make Internet calls because my internet is slow, I tried to call the operator couldn't heard me clearely.
