Hi guys, Payoneer allows you to receive payments from Paypal via the US payment service, but it needs to be in accordance with PayPal rules and regulations. If PayPal is not allowing you to add it, you will unfortunately not be able to add your account and receive payments from PayPal.0

The main reason i applied for the payoneer card is hoping that i can withdraw the funds from my paypal. My account was linked with Paypal just only for a day.
even payoneer allows to receive fund, paypal also should allow this or else there is no point..

This must be the reason that you were getting an error message when in you tried to withdraw funds.
For security reasons, we cannot disclose as to why we can no longer transact with Payoneer. Please try to add a different US bank account.0 -

Friend sent me a message that it is unable to connect accounts US Payment Service and PayPal.
This is a response from PayPal:
You are unable to add the Bank of America because it has been disabled after our system recognized that it was a prepaid bank. For security reasons, we do not encourage adding a prepaid bank because it is not compatible with the PayPal system. I strongly recommend adding a traditional bank account that you can use in the PayPal system.

Unfortunately it seems that PayPal is not allowing you to add the US Payment Service to your account.
I would suggest contacting them and requesting assistance with adding a new bank account.
If they do not allow you to add this service, you will be unable to withdraw funds from PayPal to Payoneer. Please note that Payoneer is not associated with PayPal, and any withdrawal requests would be subject to PayPal rules and regulations.

(for that needs to submit a request and waits until ten days more or less)
When you approve it then we can connect it with PayPal.
Why is selective rejection of who can and who can not to use this service if everything is regular?
If they do not want to accept that legal US bank account on which second you thought (new bank account)?
It's really uncomfortable situation for many users...

the fist add bank I get error same as you, but I contact with Paypal and say something.. after They added payoneer bank to my Paypal account, but now I get error when withdraw, after have mail from paypal "we proceesing your withdraw" but after 1 day, will have mail denied from paypal "because you bank denied transaction so your withdraw canceled" and after they remove my bank account0 -
I think this is a very serious problem and someone should react.
This will reflect badly on all as well on all users and on Payoneer also because this prevents us mere mortals to continue to receive honestly earned money.0 -

Very terrible situation I think Payoneer team need to find a solution for this and someone to talk to PayPal and find the best solution for all of us. Of ten people who open Payoneer only one or two users succeed to register US Payment Service on PayPal. It is very bad statistics. I do not understand why they do not accept US Payment Service when in any case everyone wins and PayPal and Payoneer from fees.0

So it's official then, payoneer is officially kill for a lot of us, the only reason I needed a payoneer account was to use paypal.
Even though people I know have clearly estated they don't have another option, Paypal's premade answer is always "We encourage you to add a different bank" that's precesiely the problem, we have no other bank, that's the whole point, payoneer was the only option because it got to countries were paypal has no a direct service, so yeah, I'm going homeless in the next 3 months at most... fun times.0 -

Yes you can. The charge, duration etc depends on PayPal. Find your US Payment Service profile from your account. Add those information as a Bank in your paypal and you are done. Withdraw from paypal, you'll get your funds within 3-5 days I believe.0

Hello,
When I try to link my EUR bank account from Payoneer to PayPal, it fails giving a message:
"That bank account is already assigned to another PayPal account. For security purposes, each bank account may only be assigned to one PayPal account. Please use a different bank account."
I've contacted PayPal support and they said the bank account is already added to some other PayPal account, and they can only suggest adding another bank account and can't give any information on who has linked my bank account.
I've found the same issues reported by many PayPal users on PayPal community forum: they are not able to use their bank account with PayPal as someone has already linked their bank account. In many EU countries PayPal doesn't process bank account verification, thus anyone can link any bank account by just filling IBAN #, and then it can't be used with another PayPal account by bank account owner.
Official PayPal representatives respond they can't help in this situation. Is there any way Payoneer can solve this issue? E.g by issuing another bank account for EUR Payment Service?0 -

I added payoneer bank a long time ago. Then some weeks ago my back was removed. Now, I was trying to add payoneer bank details to paypal since a several days. Once I found payoneer is saying that it is nothing from payoneer but we need to ask for paypal support. Today I tried again and went to paypal forum, everywhere it is saying that we can not add any Payoneer Bank Account Details to paypal anymore. And so we also can not verify our paypal account.
So, please guide me on this what to do now and what steps payoneer is taking to solve this issue. My paypal was verified on payoneer bank but now it has become unverified and so I have having so many issues. Payoneer should have told us that payoneer is not longer being accepted by paypal; it is really so sad.. :'(

Now !! My Paypal reversed my Payments since i have a new Payoneer card.
In my account, Previous Card is visible and said its blocked.
It is first time Paypal did that, I would like to know if its a Technical Issue or a New Card Issue ?

Edit : Oh Yes !! Forget to mention .. Just before my New Card Arrived, I did send few Dollars to my Payoneer account from Paypal and It did work ! Its only after my new Card Activated0 -

@ikhraafQaiser Add Payoneer bank account on your PayPal, for example 4-5 usd, withdraw that money to you Payoneer bank/routing account. After you get money on Payoneer just add Payoneer MasterCard on your PayPal. PayPal will take 1-3 usd from your card just to verify and they will refund you that money. Done.0

On my PP is still First Century Bank and on my account on Payoneer is chnaged to BOA. I didnt change that on my PayPal and I will not touch it cause all work good. yes still first century bank and not changed , payoneer too told me to not change anything, payoneer now says the problem not with them is from paypal paypal says the problem with the bank , i think paypal wont payoneer banks anymore they remove it one by one0

I just got a call from Paypal because I was trying to link a new US bank account using payoneer service. They told me that the payoneer accounts are no longer accepted.
