Payoneer will not link MyGirlFund

Payoneer's website tells me that I must go to the paying site and find the link to transfer my funds on their page but their site only has links to sign up for a new account, and when i did that it still wouldn't link. I contacted Mygirlfund and they said they experienced the same problem and that it is a problem on Payoneer's end. I have also contacted payoneer's customer service email and thus far they have not been helpful at all.
