How a Non payoneer make a payment to Payoneer?

Hi, I don't have Payoneer and don't plan to sign up as I don't need it at least for now, but I need to make payment to someone with payoneer, so what is the best possible way to do that? via bank transfer or paypal or skrill? any feedback would be much appreciated! B)

If your are a registered company you can send payments using US/EU Payment Service . If you are a provtae person needing to load funds to someone else, you can do it using via Credit Card Loading service.

Hi Sivan thanks for the reply and we used the creditcard loading service as it's personal, got a reply from you guys asking documents for verification which we already submitted and now we're still waiting for the approval which is said would take 2days but it's been 5days now without getting any feedback.
