    hello,

    i'm having issues with the funding of my payoneer account.

    I didn't receive the 1st payoneer card which was sent to me, so I lodged a complaint in a mail to payoneer. Another card was sent to me which I received.

    I activated my payoneer card (the 2nd card sent) on Friday 29th of May and I've been logging in since then but I noticed the card hadn't been funded with my commissions from total life changes.

    On clicking funding sources now, under Account activity , i got this response:
    ''You do not yet have any payment methods associated with your Payoneer account'. To read more about how you can add funds to your Payoneer account.

    But on my total life changes account, clicking on the TLC prepaid master card signup, it says,
    You already have an account with Payoneer.
    Approval Date: 04/14/2015

    I have sent a mail to the support team but I haven't gotten any response.

    dear sir,
    at first i would like to thanks this forum to give me chance sending my questions. thanks to say that i get my card and activate my card timely. but problem is, after some days i insert wrong password to access my account and i click forgot password option. after payoneer want to know me the answers of 2 question but i cant remember. payoneer show me the message "your account is locked".at this point what are i doing? please unlock my account if any way. thank you.

    Hi Nissim. I am having trouble with my Payoneer account. I already registered for it but I can't get it until I pay the shipping cost of which I have no idea of how I can do that. I have clients like Upwork that need to send me my funds. How can I do to get the card? Can I advise my clients to send the shipment cost to Payoneer so that my account can be shipped to me? Please advise

    Nissim Hello, I want to tell you I'm very bored with what happens to me. I work with upwork, I make the movement of my money to my Payoneer account about three days ago. The money has not come to me payoneer account, took three days being in limbo and not know where my money. I sent emails to upwork and do not answer me, I had never happened something. please i need the money, I need someone to help me, and send emails to tech support payoneer and only get automatic answers.

    I want SPECIALLY talk about Laura in support throught Live Chat!!!
    I could not sleep few nights..I was very nervous and afraid that I will lost my account. Because I did a lot of mistakes. I wanted cancel account-I confirmed request about canceling but suddenly I knew that I want still use my account. I had a lot of questions.
    I decided that I cannot wait and I want speak with somebody now. So I tried LIVE CHAT.Laura helped me so much, she kindly answered me on all my questions!She is angel really! Thank you Payoneer for your support!

    You are removing my envato funding source..What's the problem..I find out its your problem..The envato market said " Hi Mehedi, Our Tech Team have taken a look at this for you. - Unfortunately from our side everything has been disconnected. You'll need to speak to Payoneer and request they remove the funding source for payee ID: 4464827 once Payoneer has done that, you should be able to go through the registration link, not encounter the error page, and successfully fulfill the registration again.     I want help... I have applied for the Payoneer account since Fri, Feb 19, 2016 and received a message on Feb 24, 2016.

    "Thank you for registering for a Payoneer Account!
    In order to continue processing your application, we require that you provide us with your complete residential address (please be as specific as you can)."

    I was submitted my completed residential address on the same day and till now I don't receive any confirmation email. Support team is not answering. please help me. thanks for your kindness.

    Hi Nissim, I'am a Freelance Graphic Designer, working on fiverr & I've seen you on their forum as well. from last 15 days I'am In really Big Trouble & Payoneer is Not Helping me at all.

    15 days before I withdraw $172 by "Immediate load Option" it takes 6 days & I got them finally & then again I use the same method to withdraw $180 & this time it takes 11 days to get approval email & finally i get that email "your account has been loaded" and with same email., I also get an fake email ( which i realize later ) which looks like same as payoneer email, even the payoneer support wasn't able to check, that it is a fake email, but I tell them few proofs of it & they said OK (we'll check it)

    I clicked on the link on fake email & I submit my card Info there, after 15 minutes, a transaction was made of $210 from my account.. and I didn't eve knew it. the hackers sent my money to another account & I contacted with live chat support & tell them all story.

    I'am a Old User of Payoneer, I've successfully Withdrawn, more than $10,000 US Dollars, from fiverr on the same card...

    then support asked me to provide some details & I provide them... Now I'am still waiting for my "Stolen Money" back so i can use it...and I'am not getting any reply from anyone.

    What Should I do I'am Literally Very Frustrated by all this.

    i applied for my payoneer master Card on 9th march 2016 through fiverr.com and its still stuck in the approval phase. i called the customer service twice and they said they cant give out any information about the card unless it is not approved. please tell me how much time will it take to get approved. i need it as soon as possible. please help me :neutral:

    Yar I didn't get my card. And check please my account i made this account from home page for get $25 signup bonus something like that. I use fiver and upwork. So let me know what is the partner system and fee chart. if i connect both of these sites so what fee and charges i'll pay?

    And also if i transfer $100 in payoneer so what the currency convert rate I'll get?
    odesk upwork paying me 98 rupees of 1 dollar. where current rate is 105 rupees of 1 dollar. so if i transfer money from odesk upwork into payoneer so will iget current exchange rate or i'll get your fixed made rate?

    And if i go to post office and getting a post code or something that you send card to my this adres and i'll able to get my card from post office. so what type of adres or code post office shal provide me?

    Hi, i have a problem with my ID Payee on Upwrok! I was chating with agent from payoneer and he said that i had technical issue with my card so he fix that. I was waiting for tree days on upwork for the card to be activated but nothing is changed, i don't see upwork as my funding source on payoneer and im starting to freak out! I talked with Upwork and they told me this : The team checked your account and we don't have an issue on our end. When you add a Payoneer account to your Upwork account, those two accounts become acossiated. Only Payoneer can unlink them. So if you had some issues with your Payoneer account that's linked to Upwork, you may need to contact them and make sure they are resolved.
