how to gain access to my account with lost password and security answer

I have setup payoneer account and asked for mastercard to be shipped to an address. The card never reached me and I have now lost my password and answer to the security question. How can I gain access to my account.
PS: I have contact number and license that I used while payoneer account setup.

Please help me regain access to my account.
