Account not approved yet since Jan 2014, I have submitted identification documents but nothing yet.

I have emailed you customer service team(Anastasia) several times with my identification documents but no one has responded to my query about my account status. It takes a long time for someone to respond to an email or message and most of the time dont even receive a response. Can you please check the status of my account?
