  • Hi, You can only use your US Payment Service to receive payments from US companies. You can also receive payments to your Payoneer account via debit/credit card using our private load service, you can read more about that here:

  • Hi, The withdrawal complete notification usually means that PayPal has issued the funds. It usually takes between 1-3 business days and officially can take up to 7 for the money to arrive in your account. As soon as the funds arrive you will receive an e-mail notification.
