Thank you for your feedback. In regard to your first question, please visit this thread from other Payoneer users in Pakistan. You can receive money in whatever currency the ATM supports. ATMs might have their own withdrawal limit so it is good to check with them, but your card has a 2500 USD daily ATM withdrawal limit.
