The issue has been solved. It happened that there was a backlog due to network fluctuations which prevented me from receiving the funds. If you face issue like this, customer support will your best ally. Thank you Kaz and all support team in payoneer. Took time tho, but was happy at last.

Today is Thursday and I am yet to get information regarding my funds. I made a withdrawal since 21st of June. Customer care is giving promises they can't keep...Anybody facing similar challenge?
Today is monday. 1st July, 2019. I am yet to get a response from customer care but I think they are working on it...possibly before end of the day, something positive may surface. If you face something similar....please..whats your best advice
They haven't responded via mail as 3 days is yet to pass...I will keep update on this issue. Peace again
